BulkOps / Connect Xero
Before you connect Xero
The next screen is Xero’s own sign-in. Here is what happens, what BulkOps will never do, and how to leave — so nothing on that screen is a surprise.
What happens next
- 1You sign in on login.xero.com. BulkOps never sees your password.
- 2You choose one organisation to connect. Want to try it on nothing real first? Pick Xero’s Demo Company — it appears in the same list, and everything works the same way.
- 3You come back here and see a preview. Nothing is written to Xero until you approve and queue a job — and every job can be undone.
What BulkOps never does
- Never sees your Xero password — sign-in happens on Xero’s own page.
- Never writes anything without a preview you approve line by line.
- Never moves money. A payment run creates a normal Xero batch payment; it only leaves when you send it to your bank.
- Never deletes invoices, bills, credit notes or files.
- Never sells or shares your data. Your books are used only to do the job you queued.
How your access is stored
Xero gives BulkOps a token, not your login. Tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-GCM) and live on Cloudflare’s network. Billing is handled by Paddle — we never see card numbers.
Leaving is one click
Disconnect any time from Xero: Settings → Connected apps. Access ends immediately. Email support@microspear.app and we delete your data the same day.
